You read that right, goowy is no good. I seriously don’t understand how they can get away with calling that a desktop; it’s really nothing more then an address book, email client, rss feed reader, and links to a bunch of popcap games. Nothing more.
And it’s all in flash, so 1 mousebutton support. Yuck!

Goowyis what I imagine Microsoft is trying to do with their Live thingy. An online place where you can do your work, a place you can login to from anywhere in the world. I really love that, I like to be able to have my workspace completely private from people, even though anyone can use my computer. Well, anyone that lives here.
I might get back to you guys on how well this goowy thing actually works

I have seen a lot of those color scheme tools, but this one is the best so far. Kudos to them!

Went to see that yesterday.
Harry Potter and the goblet of fire is my favourite book from the series so far, but the movie really can’t live up to it. I don’t even want to write too much about it.
In a nutshell: The scenes involving the triwizard tournament, and the graveyard scene are very exciting, but not enough to be worth sitting through the rest of the boring movie. The effects were awesome, except for the one where harry is swimming under water; at some points it looked way too 3d-animated. If you haven’t read the book, the movie might be interesting, but if you have, i recommend waiting for the DVD so that you can fast-forward through the boring parts.
