I believe honesty is a good thing. Sometimes you just have to tell people when they are being jerks, because nobody else does, so they might not know. Also I think you really need to tell corporations how you feel, because the feedback is important to them.
Such as my previous ISP, they just couldn't deliver a product. I don't even want to describe all the crap they put us trough, but we just had to switch to another one, after several phone conversations. On the last one, the girl just started making shit up to convince me that i had to pay for their service people that showed up without me asking for it, she just told me that i ordered their product, so i had to pay for whatever they needed to do to get it work. I yelled at her that their service people need cars to drive to my place, and that i wasn't going to pay an invoice for their fucking cars either! From that point on, the conversation only went downhill.
Eventually though, they apparantly realised how stupid they have been so after we cancelled, they send an invoice for $0,00 and that was the entire story. Of course I had to send their router back, and I was still angry enough to make a clear message out of that as well:
The letter on top is their installation instructions, and note the installation CD on the right side of the package, neatly folded...
And there it stands, ready to be sent!
As you can see, i used an entire roll of tape to package it.
Got examples of you being honest, with our without pics to prove it? email me!
